Orders are shipped frozen and carefully packaged on Tuesday's and Wednesday's of every week. Cut off time for your order to be shipped the current week is Sunday at midnight MST!
No problem! We'll leave your order at the front door in an insulated box. Even if the items have started to thaw, if the meat is still cold to the touch it is safe to use and refreeze! Once you do arrive we just ask that you unpack your items and use or refreeze as soon as you are able.
Our cattle are raised with care on open pastures, where they have plenty of space to roam, graze, and live a low-stress life. They are pasture-fed from the start, ensuring a natural and healthy upbringing.
For grass-finished beef, they remain on pasture throughout their lives, developing a leaner texture and a bold, earthy taste.
For grain-finished beef, we introduce a supplemental grain mix in the final months, enhancing marbling for a richer, more tender eating experience.

Yes! Our cattle are pasture-raised, grazing on nutrient-rich grass their entire lives. During the final three months before harvest, you can choose between two finishing options:
Grass-Finished: The cattle continue to graze exclusively on grass, resulting in leaner beef with a natural, robust flavor.
Grain-Finished: A carefully balanced mix of grass and grain is introduced to enhance marbling, creating a more tender, buttery texture.
No matter your choice, you’re getting premium, ethically raised beef from trusted ranchers!
